Submission Instructions

As a thank you for supporting our My Pet's Legacy Journal, we'd love the opportunity to feature your beloved pet on our website for one month!

To enter, simply submit:

🐾 Your pet's favorite photo (high-quality images preferred)
🐾 Your pet's name
🐾 A short bio (2–5 sentences) sharing their personality, favorite activities, special quirks, or what makes them unique
🐾 Your order number

Each month, four pets pet will be selected to be featured on our website's Meet our Pet Models page.

We can't wait to meet your amazing companion and celebrate the special bond you share!

Note: All submissions will be reviewed by our creative team. If selected, you will be contacted via email within 14 business days!
